Introduction and who we are#

We value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your personal data when you use this website or contact us.

What data we collect#

We may collect contact details such as your name, email address, telephone number, and preferences relevant to your enquiry or the services you are interested in. If you send an enquiry we also record the page you came from and any campaign parameters attached to that visit, so we can tell which conversation started the contact.

We do not operate accounts, member areas or account-preference centres.

How we use data#

Your data is used to provide introductions to partners and to respond to your enquiries promptly and effectively. We do not sell your data.

Lawful basis#

We rely on your consent and our legitimate interests as the legal basis for processing personal data: answering an enquiry you have made, and running the introductions you have asked us to make.

Sharing data#

Data may only be shared with carefully selected partners, and solely with your consent, when an introduction is the purpose of the conversation.

Jobs and applications#

Some roles on our jobs pages are posted to us by recruitment agencies and care providers. When you register your availability for one of those roles, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, telephone number, availability, notice period, day rate, IR35 status, any CV link and any message. With your consent, we share those details with the agency that posted the role, and we keep a record so we can introduce you to suitable roles. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Other roles on our jobs pages come from third-party job boards (currently Reed, Adzuna and Careerjet). Those roles are shown as links to the board that published them, and we do not receive anything you do on the board's own site. To show Careerjet roles, we pass your IP address and browser details (your user agent) to Careerjet when the page loads, as its service requires. Each board has its own privacy policy.

Data retention and security#

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

Your rights#

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data in line with UK data protection laws.
