What we do

Six lines, three groups

Six service lines, grouped into the three problems they actually solve. Delivered by partners we have already checked, or built in-house. Take one or take all of them — there's no bundle and no obligation.

01

Finding people

The workers, and the clients who need them. Both sides of the placement.

Recruitment & contractor sourcing

We find self-employed contractors in our sectors and connect them with the agencies and businesses that need them.

  • Vetted agencies by sector and region — a shortlist, not a directory
  • Outsourced hiring for businesses with no internal function
  • Contract, temp, permanent, retained, statement of works
  • International permanent search where the role can't be filled at home

Lead generation

AI agents trained on your industry, finding and qualifying the clients you actually want — handed over enriched and ready to call.

  • Industry-specific agents across construction, engineering, energy, healthcare, IT, logistics
  • Enriched before you see it — company, decision-maker, contact route
  • New businesses caught early from Companies House
  • Lands in a system, assigned and tracked — not an inbox

02

Paying people

Every route, UK and European. You send the money once; we pay everyone out.

Payroll — every method

Outsourced PAYE under our reference or a managed bureau under yours, with CIS, healthcare and direct routes alongside both.

  • Outsourced PAYE — the provider employs, and the employment liability sits with them
  • Managed bureau — you stay the employer, the payroll is run under your reference
  • CIS for construction, with verification, returns and re-verification handled
  • PAYE umbrella, limited company, sole trader, healthcare and direct PAYE, assessed on the same terms
Compare every route

Ireland & Europe

The same service, for contractors placed outside the UK. Most UK payroll companies simply cannot pay them — we hold an Irish route built for exactly that.

  • Irish PAYE, Irish limited company and sole trader routes
  • Framed in Irish terms — Revenue real-time reporting, PRSI and USC, not IR35
  • European managed payroll and Employer of Record in the country the work is done
  • Sits beside your UK arrangement; you do not have to move the UK book

03

Running the business

The cash to make the wage run, and the admin behind it.

Funding & factoring

Your client wants sixty days. Your contractors want paying Friday. We source across the whole market, so the comparison is real rather than one lender's shop window.

  • Invoice finance — factoring, confidential and disclosed discounting, selective and spot
  • Bad debt protection and CHOCs
  • Wider funding — asset finance, revolving credit, bridging, export and FX
  • Costs you nothing; the funder pays us

Back office

Timesheets, invoicing, credit control and compliance — run for you, so your people can sell instead of chase.

  • Timesheet collection, chasing and client approval
  • Accurate invoicing into whatever portal the client insists on
  • Structured credit control with real escalation
  • Compliance admin — right to work, tickets, expiry tracking

How it works

Assess, compare, introduce

The same three steps whichever line you arrive through, because the useful part is the assessment and the introduction rather than a product we happen to prefer.

  1. 01

    Assess

We ask what the business actually looks like — sectors, volumes, where people are placed, how quickly clients pay, what you want to stop doing. Fifteen minutes gets us most of the way.

  2. 02

    Compare

Every option that genuinely fits goes on the table, with the cost, the administration and the liability set out the same way for each. Nothing is ruled out before it has been looked at.

  3. 03

    Introduce

Two or three partners from a panel we have already checked, chosen for your business rather than ours. If none of them is right, we say so — the partner pays us, not you.

The things people ask before they ring

Nothing. We are paid by the partners we introduce you to, not by you. That is also why we will tell you when we do not have a good answer — there is no fee riding on you saying yes.

No. We are an independent advisory that introduces you to the right agency for your sector, and arranges the business services behind it. Where a business has no hiring function at all, we can run the recruitment for them.

Compliance record, transparent pricing, sector experience and how they actually behave when something goes wrong. If a partner stops meeting that standard we stop introducing them.

No. We give you the information and the introductions; regulated advice comes from the regulated partner you choose to engage.

No. Take one or take all of them; there is no bundle and no obligation. Most people arrive through one problem, such as a payroll arrangement they are unsure about, contractors they cannot pay in Europe or an invoice sixty days out, and some find the answer to another in the same conversation.

Fifteen minutes will tell you where you stand

Whether you're a contractor after your next job, an agency placing across Europe, or a business that needs people found, paid and funded — start with a conversation. It costs nothing and we'll tell you honestly if we can't help. No form to fill in first.
